The Chesapeake Sheriff's Office Lends Santa a Hand
As Christmas drew near, the Chesapeake Sheriff's Office, students from the ASPIRE program, the Chesapeake Police Department, and the Chesapeake Fraternal Order of Police joined forces with Wal-Mart for the annual "Cops and Kids" program. After deputy sheriffs and police officers went Christmas shopping for 12 local families in need, Santa watched as the volunteers cheerfully wrapped the gifts.
